"The necessity is the mother of invention". It all started with me flying a lot with my 1 year old. I dreaded traveling long distances with my child. It was a major source of stress. If he could not sleep for a solid six hours, I knew there would be trouble. But that was tough in airport lounges and on plane seats. I used to fold up a thin cotton blanket to even out the seats or keep his sensitive skin safe. We would both fall asleep, only for me to wake up with a jolt frantically checking the blanket was in place and not over his face with all his tossing and turning. I needed something that was stable, hygienic, portable, and easy to use. So, I created it. The kikko'pilo means we travel long distances calm and relaxed with my child sleeping through most of the flight. It stores easily, rolling up into a tube that I can use behind my lower back for extra padding and comfort. Especially when it is hard to ask for extra pillows later in the flight! Remove the cotton cover and use it as a changing pad since not all airports have changing stations! kikko'pilo will put your mind at ease.
And now there is an accessory "whale of a time" which transforms kikko'pilo into a cute whale to display instead of keeping in storage.” LT
